Salams. Interesting thoughts. What the two trials (Arbery and Rittenhouse) showed is that the American justice system is not broken. If we believe that the judiciary brought the correct verdict in Arbery’s case but the wrong verdict in Rittenhouse’s case then this is a selection bias. You would only agree with verdicts that align with your world view. This is not independent thinking.
